Completion : November 2022

This project consists of the demolition of an existing two storey residence and construction of a new dwelling, including a 9.000m pool and basement parking. The works include mass excavation for a 165m2 basement, suspended ground floor slab, timber first floor and brick veneer construction. The project also includes the supply and installation of an internal lift and a 9.0m x 4.0m pool. Works are now complete, achieved in November 2022.
