LDJ Group have been engaged to construct a new Commercial Development in Crown St Wollongong consisting of a basement, ground and first floor. The first floor will be fit out for a new Dentist Clinic whilst the ground floor will be leased as a Commercial Tenancy. LDJ Group have worked with the client to Value Engineer the project to assist with budgeting whilst not affecting the design intent of the project. The project is underway with the commencement of earthworks and is programmed for completion mid 2026.
