The works to Holy Spirit College consist of the construction of a new 850m2 Resource Centre, a three story new GLA building and refurbishment to two floors of the existing library to provide new Staff Study and Common areas, Senior Study, Sports Hall, Gym and amenities. The project commenced in July 2023 with Stage 1 being Handed over in early February 2024, one month ahead of programme. Stages 2 was handed over in April 2024, and Stage 3 in August 2024.
